Elizabeth Olsen Prefers to Wear Clothes From Mary-Kate and Ashley's The Row

Elizabeth Olsen is a proud supporter of The Row.

Elizabeth, 36, subtly supported her twin sisters, Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen, with her fashion choices while chatting with InStyle in a new cover story published on Tuesday, October 21.

During the interview, Elizabeth opened up about her wardrobe, sharing that she only wears vintage “and things her sisters give her from the Row, like her coat.”

“I love buying food, and I love buying homegoods. Linens. I buy a lot of small tables … I’ll spend money, but it’s not on clothes,” she explained.

Elizabeth rocked a sleek design by her sisters’ brand, The Row, as she posed in chic outfits for a photo shoot. In one of the snapshots, she wore a brown coat featuring boxy sleeves and an A-line silhouette. The rest of the look was complete with a structured collar with black buttons and deep pockets.

Elizabeth styled the number with black leggings by The Row, as well as patent leather shoes. She added a touch of sparkle to her look with a Van Cleef & Arpels ring.

Elizabeth teamed her fall-friendly coat with a full beat, including dewy skin, blushed and bronzed cheeks, black eyeliner, filled-in eyebrows and pink lips. Her brunette strands were twisted into an elegant updo with her bangs blown out over her forehead.

Mary-Kate and Ashley, both 39, have stepped out of the spotlight since their acting days. As child stars, they appeared in Full House, When in Rome, Passport to Paris and more. In 2012, the twins announced their official retirement from acting to focus on The Row.

In September 2024, the twins opened up to Vogue in a rare interview about their first storefront in Paris.

“We’ve been looking for years, but then we look everywhere all the time,” Ashley told the publication. “We wanted to be in Paris before we opened in London, but we didn’t find anything here first. Then, 18 months ago, a friend told us about this place.”

Mary-Kate also gushed about the shop, sharing that it’s “amazing but also a challenge” having so many windows. “Ashley and I don’t like putting anything in our windows,” she shared, noting they landed on shades instead of a display.

“It has to be a nice experience for the community — a sense of the store being local,” added Ashley. “We want the experience to be unique and special. Their experience is as important to us as anything else we do.”

Ashley also admitted that they were still learning as they opened their store. “You need to be very agile, and to make adjustments, so opening the doors and learning one day at a time… that’s very us,” she explained. “This may not be the most obvious place to be in Paris — we looked at almost every major street in the city — but we’re very happy here.”

While Mary-Kate and Ashley have said goodbye to their careers in front of the camera, Elizabeth stayed in the game with hit shows WandaVision and Love & Death. She also starred in Avengers: Infinity War, Eternity, The Assessment and more movies.

In 2021, she was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie for her role as Wanda Maximoff in WandaVision.
