Kelley Wolf is embracing her next chapter after her divorce from Scott Wolf.
“Love makes the world go round… and in the times you feel heavy… KNOW… you are special. Peace is a state of mind. And your mind is all that can tell you otherwise,” Kelley, 48, wrote via Instagram on Friday, July 4. “I love you all and I am HAPPY. And that’s OK… it’s OK to hold many things at once. We are dynamic… and I am ready to begin again…”
Kelley shared a video alongside her message, featuring a porch set up with multiple drinks and beverages. The upload was set to John Mellencamp’s track “Small Town.”
Kelley and Scott, now 57, tied the knot in 2004 before welcoming kids Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. News broke in June that the Party of Five actor filed for divorce.
“After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,” he said in a statement at the time. “Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.”
Kelley also addressed the split in a statement, sharing that it has been a “long, quiet journey” for her that was “rooted in hope, patience and care for our children.”
“While I will not speak publicly about the details, I feel peace knowing that I’ve done everything I can to walk this path with integrity and compassion,” she said at the time.

Days later, Us confirmed that Kelley was detained by Utah authorities amid filming an Instagram Live after she made “concerning” comments regarding her relationship with Scott. Kelley was hospitalized and later released, claiming that her hospitalization was ordered against her will.
Later that month, Us exclusively confirmed that a judge granted Scott a temporary restraining order against Kelley. He was also awarded temporary sole physical and legal custody of their kids, with sole and exclusive use and possession of their home in Park City, Utah.
Amid the drama, a source close to Kelley weighed in on her mindset. “It’s so sad for the kids, but Kelley is ready to fight like hell for her children,” the insider told Us. “It is not warranted, it’s cruel. And it’s incorrect.”
