Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick’s friendship is a bond that can’t be broken — and anyone who’s been keeping up with the Kardashians knows it. Kardashian and Disick first met in 2006 after the Flip it Like Disick star started dating Kourtney Kardashian. However, it took some time for Khloé to learn to love the father of her niece, Penelope, and nephews, Mason and Reign, whom he shares with her eldest sister. On a 2009 episode of KUWTK, Khloé slapped Disick after accusing him of getting the Poosh founder pregnant with their oldest son, Mason, so that he could “not let anyone else have her." Despite their ups and downs over the years, though, they’re now closer than ever. Disick, who dated Kourtney for nine years before splitting in 2015, has become more like a sibling to Khloé than a friend — which is why she has no time for the rumors that she and her sister’s ex have hooked up. After someone on Instagram wrote they “refuse to believe they’ve never shagged” in response to her 2019 birthday tribute to Disick, she clapped back. “The comment you made makes me feel sad for you,” she began in a lengthy response. “I feel sad for you because apparently you don’t have relationships in your life that can be completely platonic. Disick got a little cheeky with his response to a November 2020 photo Khloé posted looking glam while sitting in a white furry seat. “Love that chair,” he wrote via Instagram. “Love [you] in it even more [though].”

“Looking 2 fine 🔥,” Disick commented via Instagram in February 2022 after Khloé posted a snap wearing an all-brown Skims outfit.

In March 2022, the reality star debuted a blonde bob wig inspired by the 1983 film Scarface.

"Scarface Elvira Energy," Khloé captioned the Instagram photo, to which Disick replied, "Say hello to my little friend." The Talentless cofounder also included a heart emoji.

During the premiere episode of The Kardashians, Khloé got real with her sister's ex about where he stands in the family. While Disick wasn't invited to a Kardashian-Jenner barbecue, Travis Barker did make the guest list. "Now that Kourtney has her life with Travis, as hard as it is, it does give me a place to finally be able to move on," Disick told Khloé, noting that being "left out" wasn't ideal.

When a Twitter user praised the reality star for her honest conversation with Disick in April 2022, she replied, "Tough position to be in but we are all a family and communication can fix anything."

The Strong Looks Better Naked author gushed over her latest PR package from Disick’s Talentless brand via Instagram Story in May 2022. Disick reshared her footage, adding a cheeky comment: “Wear it well with that body Khlo.”

During the midseason finale of The Kardashians, Disick showed his support for Khloé amid her split from Thompson.

“Do you feel like, who knows if you’ll ever find anybody you can trust?" the Talentless cofounder asked in the June 2022 episode. "I just can't imagine, like, opening up myself to somebody and then down the road, like, you just find out they’re completely different people.”

The California native, for her part, added, “I think we totally can find people we can trust ... They say you never love the same way twice. And I think you say that because you become scarred or, like, there's trauma. You're trained to just love people differently.”

The Good American designer brought up her support for Disick while addressing Kim’s support for Khloé’s ex Tristan Thompson in May 2023.

“Some things are just as simple as they seem. A family member supporting another family member ESPECIALLY during a difficult time in life,” Khloé wrote via Instagram, denying that she and Thompson were back together. “Just how I support scott and will forever support him. He’s my brother. It’s just not on an nba stage. Sad new world, If there’s no photos people think it really didn’t happen but yes, I see Scott often. Some things really are just as they are. ❤️.”

When Khloé shared snaps of her look at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s June 2025 wedding, Disick commented on her Instagram, “God must have broke the mold when he made you! Get it my khlobird 🔥🔥🔥🔥.”
