Potbelly to be acquired by RaceTrac in $566M transaction

Potbelly (NASDAQ:PBPB) on Wednesday said the company and RaceTrac have entered into a merger agreement pursuant to which RaceTrac will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Potbelly in an all-cash transaction with an equity value of about $566 million.
