'Queer Eye' Star Antoni Porowski Is Dating a Personal Trainer

Antoni Porowski is off the market again.

The Queer Eye star has been dating personal trainer Zacharias Niedzwiecki since early this year, a source exclusively confirms to Us Weekly.

Porowski, 41, and Niedzwiecki, 33, recently became Instagram official, but the timeline of their relationship was not previously known.

Niedzwiecki, a Chicago-based yoga teacher, first posted the Netflix personality on his feed on June 30 after yachting through the Mediterranean Sea together. In the photo, Porowski gave his new boyfriend a kiss on the cheek as they wore matching white linen shirts and watched the sun set.

The couple then took a trip to Aspen, Colorado, where Niedzwiecki shared snaps on August 13 of them hugging shirtless while hiking.

The fitness coach has since uploaded pictures with Porowski in Montauk, New York, and Traverse City, Michigan, where the pair showed off their muscular bodies on a beach with the cookbook author’s rescue dog, Neon. Niedzwiecki called Porowski “my guy” in the caption before joking of their many recent vacations, “I swear I have a job…”

Us Weekly has reached out to Porowski’s rep for comment.

This is Porowski’s first public romance since his split from ex-fiancé Kevin Harrington.

“After many conversations and reflection during the wedding planning process, Antoni and Kevin have amicably decided to part ways,” Porowski’s rep said in November 2023. “While they still have a lot of respect for each other, as they talked more about the future, they realized they were on different paths. They both remain focused on work and are surrounding themselves with friends during this time.”

Porowski and Harrington, a New York City-based brand strategist, started dating in July 2019 and got engaged in November 2022.

“It escalated quickly,” Porowski previously told People. “But I don’t have any complaints, which is kind of nice. When something is stable and really good — and you communicate a lot, and you check in with each other and with your own therapist about it — I feel like that’s kind of the key.”

Prior to Harrington, Porowski dated Flipping Out alum Trace Lehnhoff from 2018 to 2019 and graphic designer Joey Krietemeyer from 2011 to 2018. The No Taste Like Home host once credited Krietemeyer with helping him come out to his father.

“He made a comment driving me to the airport that I certainly lead a very discreet life. I’m on the plane on the tarmac like, ‘Well, if the plane crashes, I’m going to die and he’s never going to know,'” Porowski told GQ in 2018. “I decided to send him an email. … ‘You brought this up. I think it’s time I tell you: I love. I am loved. His name is Joey, and we live together.’ That was it.”

He continued, “That’s how simple it was for me. My sexuality’s something that’s intimate. It’s not anything that I’m ashamed of. I don’t know many people who have a path similar to mine, so I’ve always been a little more reticent to be as open about it. I’m also not somebody who talks about sexuality that much. I’m a little old school in that sense.”
