Ryde Group (NYSE:RYDE) has priced an at-the-market offering of 6.42M Class A shares at US$0.25, aiming to raise gross proceeds of around $1.6 million.
The company currently intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on or about September 10, 2025.
