Scott Wolf Demanded Ex Kelley Be Found in Contempt Days Before Rehab

Scott Wolf asked a judge to find his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, in contempt for improperly attempting to enter their home days before she entered rehab, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

The Utah judge presiding over Scott and Kelley’s bitter divorce scheduled a hearing for September 10.

The hearing comes after Scott, 57, filed court docs for an emergency hearing and for sanctions against Kelley. A party in a legal case can be found in contempt of court if the judge finds they disobeyed a court order.

Kelley, 48, was arrested on August 26 after she posted Scott’s cell phone number on social media. He claimed his ex violated the terms of a temporary deal they reached in the divorce.

Scott claimed Kelley had continued discussing the marriage and divorce, continued to disparage him in front of their kids, and improperly tried to access their home.

The judge scheduled a hearing for August 28, the same day Kelley was released from jail. The court docket does not show that a decision has been made on Scott’s motion, which will likely come up at the status conference hearing this week.

The court docs note that Kelley needs to explain why she should not be hit with sanctions for contempt, which could be a $1,000 fine and up to 30 days in jail.

Kelley was charged with three misdemeanors by prosecutors. Two charges related to her disclosing Scott’s cell phone on August 26, and another misdemeanor charge for harassment stemmed from an incident on August 25.

As part of her criminal case, prosecutors asked the judge to ban Kelley from using social media until further court order. The judge declined to rule on the request but did grant Kelley bond.

People reported that Kelley entered rehab on Sunday, September 7. The week before, Kelley told a judge that she planned to enroll in a one-month program.

“I have informed everyone that needs to know, I will be attending a [treatment center],” Kelley said in court on September 2.

She added, “I am excited to go to [the treatment center]. I’m looking forward to it. My brother is taking me. It’s fantastic. It’s a great place. I recommended it all the time as a mental health professional myself.”

As Us first reported, Scott filed for a protective order after Kelley’s arrest.

The drama between Scott and Kelley erupted after he filed for divorce in June after 21 years of marriage. The former couple share three kids: sons Jackson, 16, and Miller, 12, and daughter Lucy, 11.

After the arrest, a judge granted Scott temporary sole physical custody of their kids. Kelley will continue to share legal custody with Scott.

The former Party of Five star was granted temporary final decision-making authority over their kids, if any dispute comes up with Kelley.

Per the order, Kelley will be allowed three supervised calls per week.

After Scott filed for divorce, Kelley was detained by law enforcement and taken to a hospital for a temporary stay. She was eventually released. A couple of weeks later, Kelley claimed the Sheriff’s Department held her on another medical hold.

Kelley has yet to file an official response to the divorce.
