Silver47 Exploration (TSXV:AGA:CA) (OTC:AAGAF) entered into an agreement for a brokered private placement of up to 20M units at a price of $0.70 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $14M.
In addition, the company has granted the agents an option to increase the size of the offering by up to $2.1M by giving written notice of the exercise of the agent's option.
The company expects to close the offering on or about September 16, 2025.
