Tajiri Resources (TSXV:TAJ:CA) increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement to C$1.5 million through the sale of up to ~21.43M units at a price of $0.07 per unit.
Each unit will consist of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant.
Closing is subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Funds raised will be used for exploration and development of the company's mineral projects, future acquisitions, and for general working capital purposes.
