TaskUs (NASDAQ:TASK) holders should reject Blackstone's $16.50 a share takeover offer, according to proxy advisor Institutional Shareholder Services.

"There does not appear to be a compelling reason to accept the terms," the prominent proxy advisor wrote, according to a Reuters
