What Have Khloe Kardashian and Scott Disick Said About Potentially Dating?

Despite Scott Disick’s long-term relationship with Kourtney Kardashian, he hasn’t been able to escape romance rumors with his ex’s sister Khloé Kardashian.

In 2025, Khloé called the speculation that she or sister Kendall Jenner had been linked to Disick “nasty” and “wild” during her first-ever “Khloé in Wonderland” podcast.

“The fact that people think that is psychotic. But I guess if I was watching a show and I wanted it to be, you know, entertainment, I guess I would jump to those [conclusions] too,” Disick said, to which Khloé replied, “The crazy thing is, if we actually were together, we would be annihilated for it. No one’s ever happy.”

Disick noted that the idea of dating Khloé would be “pretty crazy,” to which she agreed. “Yeah, it’s disgusting.”

Disick was in a relationship with Kourtney for nine years, welcoming sons Mason and Reign and daughter Penelope in 2009, 2014 and 2012, respectively, before their 2015 split. (Kourtney has since tied the knot with Travis Barker, with whom she shares son Rocky.)

‘Completely Platonic’

In response to Khloé’s 2019 birthday tribute to Disick, a user commented that they “refuse to believe” that the twosome have “never shagged.”

“The comment you made makes me feel sad for you,” Khloé wrote in a lengthy response. “I feel sad for you because apparently you don’t have relationships in your life that can be completely platonic. You don’t have relationships where someone genuinely loves and cares about you without wanting anything else besides a friendship.”

She continued, “Scott and I are family. Our family (Scott included) have experienced a ton together and we love each other fiercely because of it all.”

‘Brother and Sister’

In a 2022 episode of The Kardashians, Disick poked fun at rumors he would date Khloé after Kourtney’s engagement to Barker. “We’re still brother and sister,” Khloé noted, to which Disick replied, “I was just kidding. I was going to go for Kim [Kardashian] anyway.”

‘Get the Practice’

Disick quipped that he would take Khloé out on a date during season 3 of The Kardashians in 2023. “Why don’t we go on a date so you can see what it is like? So you get the practice and then when you meet somebody …,” he said.

‘Not Soulmates’

In Khloé’s first-ever “Khloé in Wonderland” podcast in 2025, she noted that the “number one” question she received from fans was whether she and Disick have “ever hooked up.”

“F*** yeah,” Disick quipped, while Khloé clarified, “No, we haven’t.”

When asked whether he finds it “strange” that people have “always ran with this narrative” that he was either “hooking up” with Khloé or Kendall, Disick noted that there isn’t “any truth” to the rumors.

“Just like, ‘Oh look at their relationship, they’re close,’ boom. Let’s just say something ridiculous,” he said. “And then people with us, because we get along well, people are like, ‘They’re soulmates!’ Like, bro, I have children with her sister. We’re not soulmates.”
