Which 'White Lotus' Stars Were — And Weren't — Nominated at 2025 Emmys?

The White Lotus received a handful of nominations at the 2025 Emmys — but who from season 3 did and didn’t receive a nod?

Nominations for the 2025 Primetime Emmy Awards were announced on Tuesday, July 15, with The White Lotus receiving 23 in total. In addition to Outstanding Drama Series, Carrie Coon, Parker Posey, Natasha Rothwell and Aimee Lou Wood all scored nods for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.

Walton Goggins, Jason Isaacs and Sam Rockwell also received shout outs in the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series category while Scott Glenn got a nomination for Outstanding Drama Guest Actor.

But HBO Max viewers noticed several snubs for the main cast. Leslie Bibb, Sarah Catherine Hook, Michelle Monaghan and Lalisa Manobal were not on the list of nominees. Jon Gries, Tayme Thapthimthong and Lek Patravadi also didn’t receive any nods.

The biggest surprise, however, was Sam Nivola and Patrick Schwarzenegger not being mentioned. Despite their scene-stealing performances in some shocking onscreen incest moments, neither walked away with a nomination. (On the topic of TV shows with incest undertones, Cooper Koch of Netflix’s Monsters was acknowledged for his performance as Erik Menéndez.)

The HBO series, which debuted in 2021, focuses on the guests and employees at a fictional resort as they experience a slew of personal ups and downs while on vacation. The anthology series is also known for a mysterious death — or two — that is eventually revealed at the end of each season.

“I’ve dabbled in Buddhism, and Thailand worked for the themes that I was trying to get into,” he told The Hollywood Reporter in April. “The show is about identity and desire — and then there’s another part of me, the mischievous gay part, that’s just like, ‘How do I create something that’s dirty and funny?’”

According to an interview that played after the season 3 finale, White teased he was looking for a change, adding, “For the fourth season, I want to get a little bit out of the crashing waves against rocks vernacular. But there’s always room for more murders at the White Lotus hotels.”

The White Lotus is currently streaming on HBO Max.
