Restaurant operator Yoshiharu Global (NASDAQ:YOSH) announced on Tuesday a change in its ticker symbol to VSTD, effective September 3.
The corporate name change to Vestand was previously announced in July.
Shares were +4.72% pre-market to $1.33.
The company said its name change reflects a strategic transformation into an asset-backed platform that integrates a corporate-level crypto treasury strategy with real estate holdings.
