Arthur J. Gallagher (NYSE:AJG) announced on Tuesday an acquisition of the Old National Bancorp (NASDAQ:ONB) subsidiary, Bremer Insurance Agencies.
St. Paul, Minnesota-based Bremer Insurance is a property and casualty insurance broker.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
