Freddie Mac (OTCQB:FMCC) announced on Tuesday the pricing of its second 2025 seasoned credit risk transfer trust, or SCRT, offering.
The offering consists of ~$707M in both guaranteed senior and non-guaranteed subordinate securities, backed by a pool of seasoned re-performing loans.
