Alex Warren and Wife Kouvr Annon's Relationship Timeline

Alex Warren’s relationship with his wife, Kouvr Annon, is something so out of the ordinary.

Long before finding huge success as a solo artist, Warren was just a guy crushing on Annon’s YouTube videos.

But after Warren sent a message to the content creator on Snapchat, a connection was made and a special love story was formed.

“Life would be so colorless and boring without you in it,” Anonn wrote via Instagram in June 2025 when celebrating her first wedding anniversary with Warren. “You truly make a year feel like a single day and I’m the luckiest girl in the world to have found my forever partner. I’ll love you forever darlin 🤍.”

The pair’s relationship was celebrated even more when Warren wrote a song about his wife called “Ordinary.” Spotify would later name the track the song of the summer for 2025.

“She is the most supportive, loving and kind woman I’ve ever met,” Warren exclusively told Us Weekly in September 2025. “I wouldn’t be here or have any of this if it wasn’t for her.

2018

Warren first watched Annon’s YouTube videos and thought she was cute. He then decided to message Kouvr’s friend via Snapchat in hopes of making a connection.

A conversation soon followed and the pair’s love story began.

“We just clicked right away,” he recalled to BBC in March 2025. “I felt I could tell her everything, just after our first conversation.”

November 2019

During the coronavirus pandemic, Warren decided to help create TikTok’s Hype House, a content creation group that included everyone from Charli D’Amelio and Addison Rae to Chase Hudson and Annon.

Both Warren and Annon decided to leave the house in 2022. Warren later told BBC that he wanted to pivot to a full-time music career and “move on to the next chapter” of his life.

December 2022

On New Year’s Eve, Warren got down on one knee during Annon’s first snow trip in the mountains and proposed.

“After running around for hours and almost losing the ring on a gondola, I found the perfect place to ask her to marry me,” he recalled to People. “I remember how terrified I was even though I knew she was going to say yes because I wanted it to be perfect for her.”

June 2024 

The couple tied the knot in a romantic garden ceremony at the Ethereal Gardens in Escondido, California on June 22.

“Getting married is extremely important to me,” Warren told People after the ceremony that included 275 guests. “When I met Kouvr and the way she made me feel, I never wanted to let go of that feeling.”

February 2025 

When “Ordinary” was released, music fans were quickly captivated by the personal lyrics inspired by Warren’s wife.

“The angels up in the clouds are jealous knowin’ we found / Somethin’ so out of the ordinary,” Warren sings in the chorus. “You got me kissin’ thе ground of your sanctuary.”

After the song found success on the radio and on the charts, the singer gave credit to his forever plus one.

“I wrote ‘Ordinary’ about my wife, my best friend,” Warren shared via Instagram in June 2025. “It’s crazy to think that we’ve been together for almost 7 years. This song is now number 1 everywhere and I can’t help but smile to know it’s about you.”

September 2025

To celebrate the success of “Ordinary,” Warren was invited to perform at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards. He also scored nominations for Song of the Year, Best New Artist and Best Pop.
