Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid can make anything high-fashion.
Longtime BFFs Jenner, 29, and Hadid, 30, posed together on the cover of Vogue for the magazine’s October issue, which was published on Monday, September 8.
In one shot, the catwalk icons saddled up to ride horses in flowy Alexander McQueen gowns. Jenner, for her part, stunned in a lavender design featuring a plunging neckline and ruffle details that lined her airy skirt. She teamed the look with Ralph Lauren black boots and a dark cowgirl hat.
Hadid proved that strapless is possible to wear while on the go opting for a mint green design complete with a sweetheart neckline and skirt that matched the one Jenner was modeling. She elevated the look even more with Tecovas boots and a Stetson hat.
Photographed by Lachlan Bailey in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, the duo stood alongside each other in western Miu Miu outfits. Hadid wrapped her arm around Jenner while slaying in a patchwork mini dress complete with different florals and a delicate collar. Jenner opted for a blue-and-gray plaid jacket featuring brown suede.
Jenner and Hadid also posed in individual photos. Jenner was the epitome of western-chic as she wore a tiered skirt and red sweater by Louis Vuitton while carrying a brown saddle.
Hadid also got into the cowgirl spirit by wearing a Rag & Bone white tank top. She teamed the look with flared Schiaparelli pants and layered belts.
In the article, the models reflected on their decade-long friendship. “We’re sisters more than we’re friends,” Jenner gushed, noting she was “intimidated” by Hadid years ago when they went to the same high school. “I was like, She’s so gorgeous. And I remember you posted this photo with your long blond mane. I think it was a black-and-white photo. It went viral on Tumblr.”
Hadid also shared that Jenner was one of “the only people in the world that knew” when she was pregnant with her daughter Khai, now 4, whom she shares with ex Zayn Malik. Hadid recalled being backstage with Jenner in 2020 and feeling “so nauseous and lightheaded” ahead of walking in a Burberry show.
“And Kenny was the only person I could look at from across the room and just be like, ‘Oh yeah, a soda.’ And she got me a little can of Coke.”
Vogue‘s October 2025 issue is available on newsstands nationwide on September 23rd.
