'Next Gen NYC’ Star Emira Turned Extra Bedroom in Apartment Into Glam Room

14 hours ago 1

Next Gen NYC star Emira D’Spain made sure her luxury apartment in New York City had plenty of space for all of her makeup tools.

“[It is] two bedrooms. I have my bedroom, and then I have a glam room,” Emira, 28, told real estate influencer Caleb Simpson in a Thursday, July 10, TikTok video tour of her abode. “This is where the magic happens. It’s just, like, a f*** ton of makeup.”

Emira set up her light-up vanity opposite an accent wall featuring a pink, palm-leaf print. On another wall, the Bravo star set up three floor-to-ceiling shelving sites to hold all of her go-to cosmetic products.

“I would say more is more,” Emira teased of her glam style.

The rest of Emira’s 50th-floor apartment also follows a pink theme from the floor-length mirrors to accent pillows and even a Lego coffee table.

“I built it myself,” Emira quipped of the table. “It’s got little drawers.”

In addition to the Lego furnishings, Emira also has a larger marble table in the space.

“This weighs 3,000 pounds,” she added. “It’s three solid slabs of marble, and it took us two solid months to get up here ‘cause we didn’t really know how.”

“I think I get profiled a lot for being an influencer as being someone with not a lot of formal education, but I actually graduated with honors from New York University,” she told Refinery29 in 2023. “I’ve certainly reached where I wanted to be when I was 12. I dreamed of walking runways, attending fabulous parties, living in my dream apartment, having the best friends a girl could ask for … and here we are!”

In between Emira’s high-profile gigs, she’s likely unwinding at home in her glam room.

“I do makeup therapy where I just blast house music and do my makeup while I focus on the detail and precision,” she added to the outlet. “It helps me calm down and release anxiety.”
