To Dr. Ellie Byun, an L.A.-based licensed acupuncturist of 17 years, beauty comes from within.
“I’ve helped patients heal from the inside out using acupuncture, cupping and customized herbal medicine,” says Byun, whose impressive clientele includes Miranda Kerr, Brooks Nader, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Elsa Hosk and more, in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly.
Eventually, she combined her expertise in Eastern medicine with “cutting-edge Korean skincare technologies” to treat both the yin (internal) and the yang (external). In 2025, her skincare brand MIMOH bydr.ellie came to life after years of noticing remarkable results from the use of salmon DNA-derived PDRN in her treatments.
