The two bartenders who sued Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, hashed out a deal to end their legal battle, Us Weekly can report.

On September 5, Vanderpump’s former employees Dax Hill and Peter Hodge informed the court of the settlement. They said they will file court docs to officially dismiss the case within 45 days.

Hill and Hodge filed their complaint in January 2024, accusing Vanderpump, Todd and their company Pinky Beverly Hills of blacklisting, defamation, wrongful termination, retaliation, failure to prevent harassment and various other claims.

Vanderpump, 64, and Todd, 80, co-own TomTom with Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz. Sandoval, 43, and Schwartz, 42, were not involved in the lawsuit.

Hill and Hodge worked as bartenders at TomTom between May 2022 and December 2022.

Their suit alleged, “During this period, Plaintiffs experienced rampant violations of California labor laws, harassment and unsafe working conditions.”

The suit said they had to deal with being paid late, among various other issues. They claimed their shifts were cut after they complained.

Hill and Hodge claimed they suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, humiliation and anxiety due to Vanderpump and Todd.

Hill claimed Vanderpump and Todd made false statements to third parties about his character, which was the basis of the defamation claim.

In court docs, Hill said the defendants made him look like a criminal. The duo demanded unspecified damages.

In February 2024, Vanderpump, Todd and Pinky Beverly Hills fired back at the allegations in court. The reality stars argued they did not cause any of Hill and Hodge’s alleged damages.

Their lawyer stated, “[Vanderpump and Todd] allege certain claims in the complaint are barred … in that [their] actions were done for a legitimate, non-discriminatory and non-retaliatory reason, were necessary for the efficient operations of [their]’ business.”

Vanderpump and Todd asked the court to dismiss all claims. The couple also requested that their legal fees be covered by Hill and Hodge.

Vanderpump, who starred on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills from season 1 to season 9, is busy filming the reboot of Vanderpump Rules with new cast members.

In addition, Hulu announced in August that Vanderpump will be taking Vanderpump Villa to England for season 3. The network announced Vanderpump will be joined by Stassi Schroeder, who joined in season 2 of the reality show.

The mogul is also busy with her various projects in Las Vegas.

Vanderpump announced in March that she was opening The Vanderpump Hotel in 2026 with Caesars Entertainment.

Vanderpump’s hotel will take over The Cromwell, an existing hotel in Vegas. “It is just going to be another passion project and that’s what I’m looking for in my life,” the entertainer told People.

“It’s a very different challenge because it’s an existing building than what we’ve created before, [where] we literally built a casino floor into a restaurant,” she told the outlet.

Vanderpump added, “We’re going to be working with the parameters of the hotel walls. It’s not like we are knocking anything down but we’re refurbishing all the rooms. It’s great that it’s a boutique hotel and it’s on The Strip. It’s just a wonderful project for the Vanderpump brand.”
