OnlyFans star Tiffany Wisconsin is hoping to achieve a snatched waist with a new rib sculpt surgery.
Tiffany exclusively told Us Weekly that she traveled to Beverly Hills, California, to receive the Rib Sculpt Plus: a minimally invasive, scarless procedure utilizing ultrasound-guided tools to fracture and reposition up to 12 ribs. The goal? A narrower waistline.
“This isn’t like traditional rib removal,” Tiffany shared. “It’s safer, scarless and the healing process is supported by a corset that acts like a cast. It’s the only way I could achieve this shape — and I’m obsessed with the results.”
The procedure was performed by plastic surgeon Dr. Chaudhry of Be That Beautiful, whom Tiffany sought out.
“I flew all the way to see him because no one else in the U.S. is trained to do what he does,” Tiffany said. “Other doctors only touch three ribs per side. He can do all 12. His clinic is right off Rodeo Drive and worth every penny.”
Tiffany also underwent upper back, hip and waist liposuction before recovery at Prestige Aftercare. While recuperating for three months, Tiffany will wear a corset all hours of the day — except to shower — as her ribs adjust to their new position.
“The hardest part is sleeping upright until my new Lazy Boy chair arrives,” she quipped. “But otherwise, I’m healing well and already working on vlog content to take my fans through the journey.”
Tiffany’s surgery — and goal to refine her diet with whole foods as well as return to Pilates in three months — are all part of her wellness evolution.
“A few years ago, I might have hidden this out of fear of judgment. Now? I’m doing this for me. I feel powerful, sexy and more like myself than ever before — and the more I invest in myself, the more love I get from my fans,” she said. “There’s a market for everything, and this is where I thrive.”
Tiffany rose to fame with her “barely alive” videos — a play off of fellow creator Bonnie Blue’s “barely legal” series — where she features “really old men” in her content. While Tiffany claimed to have been with men who are 80 years old, she exclusively told Us in June that she hopes to be with someone even older.
“I really want to find a guy who’s 90 and capable of doing stuff,” she shared at the time. “That’s one of my goals.”
Tiffany, who previously teased that she planned to sleep with 5,000 men this summer, shared that she has “so many ideas” for her platform. One thing in the works? A video with a pastor, who allegedly reached out to her.
She claimed that the pastor and his wife, who she did not ID, are “secretly in the lifestyle,” adding, “I am trying to figure out how we’re going to do this. I was like, ‘Can we do it in a church?’”

Despite initial hesitations surrounding the concept, Tiffany shared that she changed her mindset — but is aware that the public may not be as enamored.
“That’s going to get a lot of people mad. But I don’t care,” she said. “There’s worse things that have been done.”
