Selling the OC has been following realtors from The Oppenheim Group located in Orange County, California, since 2022.
While seasons 1 through 3 were filmed almost back-to-back, season 4 wasn’t confirmed until January.
The cast originally included Selling Sunset’s Jason Oppenheim, Alexandra “Alex” Hall, Tyler Stanaland, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Polly Brindle, Brandi Marshall, Austin Victoria, Lauren Shortt and Sean Palmieri.
Both before and after season 3 dropped in May 2024, several OG stars left the real estate group leaving their future on the show up in the air. When Netflix announced season 4 — which will premiere on November 12 — creator Adam DiVello teased a few shakeups.
“A lot has changed in the real lives of those agents since Season 3, so it’s exciting to get back down there,” DiVello said in a statement in January, noting filming would begin that spring. He also revealed there’s “a lot of new faces” this time around.
Scroll down for everything to know about who’s in and who’s out for Selling the OC season 4:
Alexandra ‘Alex’ Hall
Alex confirmed her return for the new season via social media in April, sharing behind-the-scenes photos from filming. She also teased that her new boyfriend will be shown in some capacity.
Gio Helou
Gio, who is now a father, is set to return for the new season. He and wife Tiffany Helou share son Teddy, whom they welcomed in September 2023.
Tyler Stanaland
Tyler was a main character on seasons 1 through 3, so it came as a surprise to fans when he announced his Oppenheim Group departure in October 2023.
“I will be joining my dad and brother at Douglas Elliman and I look forward to aligning with a brand that has unparalleled reach and presence in the market with a renowned network of agents and industry leaders,” he told Us Weekly in a statement at the time. “I’m excited about this new chapter and to be working alongside family again.”
Tyler, who was married to Brittany Snow during season 1, before their July 2023 divorce, made headlines for his flirty relationship with Alex H. The former coworkers kissed during season 2, but by season 3 they were done. It’s unknown whether Tyler will return for season 4 after his job change.
Polly Brindle
OG star Polly was part of Netflix’s promotional campaign in July, announcing the return of Selling the OC. Her cameo in the video confirmed her return for season 4.
Austin Victoria
Austin and his wife, Lisa Victoria, have been fan favorites since season 1. The couple have been promoting Selling the OC in person and on social media throughout the summer, confirming they’ll be back for another season.
Alexandra Jarvis
Jason told People in April 2024 that Jarvis had left The Oppenheim Group following her ups and downs on season 3 of the Netflix show. “She decided to do what’s best for her, and I have a lot of respect for that,” he said at the time. Jarvis has not publicly commented on her departure from the firm, nor has she confirmed whether she’ll be back for season 4.
Kayla Cardona
Kayla, who hosts the “Pain to Power” podcast when she’s not selling houses, is expected to return.
Brandi Marshall
Brandi has not publicly commented on her status for season 4, but she is still a realtor in both Orange County and Los Angeles. She also still has Selling the OC listed on her Instagram profile.
Sean Palmieri
Sean had a falling out with most of his Oppenheim Group coworkers during season 3, which aired in 2024. Prior to the season’s premiere, he announced his exit from the real estate group.
“Unfortunately, the Oppenheim Group was not a culture fit for me, and I’m really excited for the future,” Sean told Entertainment Tonight in November 2023, sharing that he “just signed as a partner with an amazing, top-producing team and mentor” named Steve Games. “Our team recently just launched with Coldwell Banker West.”
Since season 4 filmed well over a year after Sean exited the group, it is unlikely he will be featured at all in the upcoming season.
Alexandra Rose
Rose is still part of the Oppenheim Group, so fans are likely to see her on screen again this season.
Jason Oppenheim
Jason will continue to lead Orange County’s Oppenheim Group office as in seasons past.
Lauren Shortt
Us exclusively confirmed in February that Lauren, who was an OG cast member, was leaving The Oppenheim Group and would not be returning for season 4 of the reality show. Lauren is now working alongside fellow real estate agent and designer Cindi Karamzadeh under the Compass umbrella.
Alexandra ‘Ali’ Harper
Season 3 newcomer Ali was learning about real estate from The Oppenheim Group agents. However, she exclusively told Us in May 2024 that she didn’t have her real estate license yet. She is not on the real estate group’s active roster, so it appears she was a one-season wonder.

Variety confirmed on July 14 that Kaylee would be one of three new stars joining the cast for season 4. According to her Instagram profile, Kaylee is a real estate agent, works on vacation rentals, is a creator, director of partnerships and event coordinator.
Fiona Belle
Fiona is another newbie joining the show for season 4. She is part of the Oppenheim Group that serves Orange County and San Diego County, per her social media.
Ashtyn Zerboni
Ashtyn is the third newcomer Netflix fans will meet on season 4. Us exclusively revealed in July that the luxury real estate agent welcomed her first baby, daughter Juliette, with husband Jeffrey Zerboni.
