Zac Brown Is Engaged to Jewelry Designer Kendra Scott

Zac Brown is engaged to his jewelry designer girlfriend Kendra Scott!

The couple announced their relationship milestone via a People report published on Thursday, July 24.

“We are so happy and grateful that we found each other,” Brown, 46, and Scott, 51, told People. In the engagement photos, Scott tenderly rested her hand on Brown’s chest to show off her pink diamond engagement ring.

Scott and Brown took a big step in their relationship when they made their red carpet debut at the 2025 American Music Awards on May 26. The couple walked the red carpet together ahead of the ceremony, with Brown wearing a black suit and wide-brimmed black hat. Meanwhile, Scott sported a silver gown.

“Hit the @amas red carpet with the best date by my side,” Brown captioned photos from the event via Instagram. “Ready to soak it all in and have some fun tonight!”

For her part Scott shared her own post, writing, “What an unforgettable night at the @amas! ♥️We danced, we laughed, and seeing Zac honored with the inaugural Veteran’s Voice Award was the highlight of it all. @zacbrown, I’m so incredibly proud of you — of your heart, your service, and the man you are. You couldn’t deserve this more.”

While they only made their first public appearance in May, a source exclusively told Us Weekly at the time that the pair, who were introduced by mutual friends, had been bonding in private for quite some time.

“We’ve all known them for such a long time and honestly, we’ve never seen them like this before,” a source close to the couple shared with Us.

According to the source, both Brown and Scott are family-oriented and committed to giving back.

“That shared family value has been a big part of their connection,” the source explained to Us. “They’re not just partners — they’re teammates.”

Brown shares five children with his ex-wife Shelly Brown, while Scott has adult sons Cade and Beck with ex John Scott and a younger son, Grey, with ex Matt Davis.

In June, Scott shared several photos of herself and Brown via Instagram, including an image where she can be seen planting a kiss on his cheek.

“Whenever I’m with you, I ain’t worried about it. @zacbrown ♥️✨🎶,” Scott gushed in the caption, quoting Zac Brown Band’s newest song, “I Ain’t Worried About It.”

In response, Brown wrote, “Such a lady. So much of the world to explore, but anywhere is home with you.”
