'DWTS' Pro Britt Stewart and Daniel Durant's Relationship Timeline

Less than one year after Britt Stewart and Daniel Durant competed together on Dancing With the Stars, they sparked a real-life romance.

“My Valentine. ♥️ Happy Valentine's Day,” Durant wrote via Instagram in February 2023 when they debuted their relationship, sharing a selfie with the DWTS pro on a boardwalk.

Durant and Stewart initially met the previous September when they were paired together on season 31 of DWTS. “She knows how to sign, she’s learning how to sign,” the Switched at Birth alum, who is deaf, told Us Weekly and other reporters at the time of their training process. “Before, my interpreter [Gabe Gomez] … he’d be there interpreting for us at practice, and now he fades away during practice and it’s nice. She understands me.”

The Michigan native and the choreographer debuted their relationship on Valentine’s Day.

Durant and the Dancing Fools alum made their red carpet debut as a couple at the Los Angeles premiere of Creed III.

The Millstone actor cuddled his girlfriend during a Maui getaway.

“HAWAII,” Stewart captioned a slideshow of pics from her and the actor’s romantic Maui getaway, including one of Durant giving her a sweet kiss on the cheek. “Couldn’t be more grateful for this week in paradise with @danieldurant,” she wrote, adding a white heart emoji.

The lovebirds enjoyed a tropical getaway at Sandals Royal Barbados. During their romantic vacation, the couple dined by the ocean, strolled along the beach and even enjoyed a few games of bowling. 

“Honestly, just life with Daniel is the most enjoyable thing. I know that he would say the same thing. We talk about it all the time,” Stewart exclusively told Us. “Life together, growing together, learning about each other and the life that we wanna create is the most important and special thing for us. And then all the travel and all the different things that we get to do together, they're just all bonuses.”

When asked if Durant is her “forever dance partner,” Stewart responded, “I hope so.” The professional dancer noted that the couple “still like to dance together” despite no longer being partners on the reality show. “His favorite dance is [the] cha cha so he'll like grab me in the kitchen or I'll grab him in the kitchen and we'll do a [bit of it] together,” she said.

Durant gave Stewart the ultimate Christmas present: an engagement ring. “Forever!!” Stewart captioned photos from their Christmas Day engagement. She reshared the post via her Instagram Story, writing, “Ending 2023 engaged! I’m still pinching myself. Love you forever @danielndurant.” Durant popped the question while on a hike with their families in Lake Arrowhead, California, per People.

The couple got married in Santa Margarita, California, surrounded by fellow DWTS cast members and family.

“I never could imagine what my wedding would be like and it still feels a little bit like a dream. But it’s real,” Durant told People about tying the knot. “It’s happening!”
