Kelley Wolf Arrested, Emergency Hearing Scheduled in Scott Wolf Divorce

Kelley Wolf was booked in Utah’s Summit County Jail on two criminal charges, Us Weekly can confirm.

Kelley, 48, was arrested on Tuesday, August 26, for electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information. Formal charges have yet to be filed. (TMZ was first to report the news.)

Her estranged husband, Scott Wolf, filed for a protective order on Tuesday as their divorce continues, Us can confirm. The legal updates come as Kelley continues to share alarming posts on social media.

An emergency hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, August 28, regarding Kelley and Scott’s divorce.

Scott, 57, filed for divorce from Kelley in June after 21 years of marriage. The former couple share three kids: sons Jackson, 16, and Miller, 12, and daughter Lucy, 11.

Us confirmed on Tuesday that Scott gained “temporary sole physical custody” of their three children.Court documents stated that Scott and Kelley will “share legal custody” that follows a parenting plan filed by the actor. Scott will have “temporary final decision-making authority” over the kids if there is a dispute between him and Kelley.

She will get “three supervised call/video calls per week” with the kids, as part of the “liberal supervised parent time” granted by the judge. If the children initiate contact with Kelley, she is “permitted to engage and communicate with them.”

The kids will also have a “safe-harbor therapist” and neither Kelley nor Scott is allowed to discuss the divorce proceedings in front of their kids.

Kelley claimed in June that was detained by the police and put on a seven-day involuntary hold after news broke of her and Scott’s divorce. Scott later denied Kelley’s “deeply disturbing and entirely false allegations” that she allegedly planned to post about his parenting earlier this month.

“I am now choosing to come forward and share that she has described to me her plans to ‘make claims’ about me, although she also admitted, ‘I do not believe they’re true,’ in order to gain an advantage in what she sees as a ‘battle’ in court, and in the court of public opinion,” the actor said in a statement to People. “In order to protect my kids, I am providing the text messages she sent to me where she describes this plan, so there are no questions about her intentions, or the malicious intent behind her false allegations made and/or planned for the future.”
