One of the Philadelphia Eagles’ newest fans was treated to a season-opening win on Thursday, September 4, when the Birds took down the Dallas Cowboys, 24-20.
Kylie Kelce, wife of former Eagles center Jason Kelce, brought the couple’s 5-month-old daughter, Finn, to Lincoln Financial Field for the game, according to a photo shared by Eagles fan @caitor_tot via Instagram.
Kylie, 33, and Jason, 37, welcomed Finn in March. They also share daughters Wyatt, 5, Ellie, 4, and Bennett, 2.
Though it’s unclear if the other Kelce kids were in attendance, they have been to games before and have grown up around the organization. Bennett, notably, has a love-hate relationship with the team’s mascot, Swoop. The two met at the 2024 Eagles Autism Challenge when Bennett was 14 months old and she seemed afraid to interact with the large costumed bird.
A year later, a slightly older Bennett enthusiastically waved hello to her friend.
“Bennett Kelce’s second meeting with Swoop went a lot better than last time,” the Eagles wrote via X in May. “They’ll be besties in no time!”
Kylie has also revealed that her older daughters have known the Eagles fight song “since they could speak.”
“It was in our nursery rhyme rotations,” she said on an August episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast. “It is something that brings together a community of people.”
But while the Kelce kids seem destined to be diehard Eagles fans, they still haven’t made it to a Kansas City Chiefs game to cheer on their uncle, Travis Kelce — yet. Kylie explained that the Chiefs’ success and popularity have resulted in them getting “a lot” of Monday Night Football games, which makes it difficult to bring children.
“The girls have not yet been to an Uncle Trav game just because a lot of opportunities that we’ve had to go and support Trav have been, even just last year, a lot of Monday nights,” she told People in August.
“I think two different Monday Night Football opportunities,” Kylie continued. “But as anyone knows, an 8:00 p.m. start is not conducive to a 5, 4, and 2-year-old. We’re not tagging in on that, so maybe we’ll get out there for a nice 1:00 p.m. Sunday with the girls.”
She did say, however, that the kids cheer on their uncle from home and that Travis’ position as a tight end makes it easier for them to watch.
“In the position that he’s in, it’s a little more fluid, it’s a little more exciting. It’s not necessarily the trenches, which I would watch so closely when Jason was playing, so it adds a level of excitement,” she explained. “We are, as always, cheering on Uncle Trav through and through all season.”
She also recently revealed their sweet reaction to Travis getting engaged to Taylor Swift.
“The girls are thrilled. They’re so excited they’re getting another aunt,” Kylie said on the Friday, September 5, episode of Good Morning America. “We could not be more excited for them and what the future holds.”
The Eagles’ next game is on the road against Travis and the Chiefs on Sunday, September 14.
