Who Is Elizabeth Turner? Get to Know the Model Spotted With Craig Conover

Craig Conover turned heads when he stepped out on a date with model Elizabeth Turner less than one month after he confirmed he was back on the market.

The Southern Charm star, 36, was spotted walking hand in hand with Turner during a night out in Charleston, South Carolina, according to a video posted by DeuxMoi on Sunday, August 3.

Conover has yet to publicly comment on the outing, but he revealed in late June that he was single following a whirlwind romance with Natalie Buffett.

Us Weekly exclusively confirmed in March that Conover was “taking things slow” with Buffett, whom he met years prior. Three months later, Us reported that the reality star’s romance with Buffett had “stalled” and Conover confessed during the June 25 episode of “The Toast” podcast that he “wasn’t ready to date.”

Conover has been dipping his toe back in the dating pool on and off since ex-girlfriend Paige DeSorbo broke up with him in late 2024. The pair were together for three years before their breakup — much of which was documented on Southern Charm and Summer House.

Elizabeth Turner Runs a Charity — And Is a Psychotherapist

“Hard Launching @sustainablejoyorg 💚,” Turner announced via Instagram in March, sharing a link to her and Johanna Moonan’s charity organization, Sustainable Joy. “Thanks to all who came out to celebrate the launch of our charity that will continue to assist our LA community and ecosystem rebuilding after the wildfires.”

Turner cofounded the organization following the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles that ravaged the community in January, leaving thousands without homes. In addition to helping raise funds for those in L.A., Turner is committed to helping anyone who may be impacted by future climate change-related disasters.

In addition to her humanitarian work, she’s a model and a psychotherapist specializing in neurodivergence. She documents her work as a researcher and clinician via social media, including her time at UCLA Peers Clinic in Los Angeles. Turner’s modeling career includes being a Guess girl and posing for print and digital campaigns.

She Is Working Toward Her PhD

Turner graduated from Pepperdine University with her Master of Clinical Psychology degree in April 2024. That July, she celebrated the end of three-year journey at UCLA Peers Clinic, noting via Instagram that she’d be back at the University of California, Los Angeles, that fall for her PhD courses. (She did her undergraduate work at Duke University.)

She Struggles With PCOS

“We’re in this together. And remember — you’re your own best advocate!!!!” Turner wrote via Instagram in June 2023 when she started documenting her PCOS journey. In May 2024, Turner shared the supplements she was taking to improve her hormone levels and make her feel “so much better” as an update for her followers.

PCOS is polycystic ovary syndrome, a hormonal disorder common among women of reproductive age, according to the Mayo Clinic. It can lead to issues with infertility, insulin resistance, increased risk of diabetes, heart disease and endometrial cancer. Symptoms include thinning hair, weight gain, mood changes and missed periods, among other issues.

She Splits Her Time Between California and New York

Turner resides in Los Angeles, according to her Instagram profile, but calls New York City her “other city,” where she’s usually in town for a modeling gig. While she lives between coastal communities, Turner’s family is in Georgia.

She Has a Connection to Bachelor Nation

Turner was romantically linked to Bachelorette alum Erich Schwer in February 2023 following his split from Gabby Windey. Schwer and Turner debuted their relationship on Valentine’s Day with a photo of her kissing him on the cheek. Their romance seemingly fizzed out soon after.
