Former Astronomer CPO Kristin Cabot’s husband, Andrew Cabot, is making headlines nearly two months after her viral kiss cam scandal with Andy Byron.
On July 16, 2025, Kristin and Byron were thrust into the spotlight — literally — when they appeared on the Jumbotron at Coldplay’s concert at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts, which inadvertently appeared to expose their extramarital affair.
Andy, the then-CEO of Astronomer, is currently married to Megan Kerrigan Byron. And while Kristin is married to Andrew, it was revealed in September 2025 that she filed for divorce from her husband shortly after her and Andy’s kiss cam drama unfolded. Andrew then broke his silence regarding his split from Kristin, revealing that they were separated at the time of the scandal.
“[Kristen and Andrew] were privately and amicably separated several weeks before the Coldplay concert,” a spokesperson for Andrew told People on September 8, 2025.

Kristin Cabot Filed for Divorce from Andrew Nearly 1 Month After Her Kiss Cam Scandal
Kristin filed for divorce in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, on August 13, 2025, according to court documents obtained by The Daily Mail on September 6, 2025. She has yet to speak publicly about the kiss cam scandal or her split from Andrew. Us Weekly reached out to Kristin and Andrew for comment.
Andrew Cabot Speaks Out After Kristin and Andy Byron’s Kiss Cam Scandal
Andrew addressed Kristin’s outing with Andy and their split in a statement on September 8, 2025. His spokesperson told People that Andrew and Kristin’s “decision to divorce was already underway prior to” the Coldplay concert.
“Now that the divorce filing is public, Andrew hopes this provides respectful closure to speculation and allows his family the privacy they’ve always valued,” the statement continued.
The statement came nearly two months after Kristin and Andy’s unusual reaction to being caught on the kiss cam went viral. When the camera showed Andy’s arms wrapped around Kristin’s waist, Kristin quickly covered her face, while Andy tried to duck away from view.
“Whoa, look at these two. All right, come on. You’re OK,” Coldplay frontman Chris Martin joked at the time. “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy. I’m not quite sure what to do.”
He continued, “I hope we didn’t do something bad.”
After footage of the moment spread online, Andy’s wife seemingly removed his surname from her Facebook profile. Andy and Kristin later resigned from their positions at Astronomer.
